About the Author

Marko Kačinari is a master goldsmith, author of Diamonds: The Book, and founder of House of Kacinari. He comes from a family with a generational tradition in goldsmithing, jewelry, and filigree craftsmanship and grew up around his father's jewelry shop and workshop in Zagreb. He trained in the goldsmith's craft under master Željko Hren and earned the title Master Goldsmith in 2008. He continued his professional education through programs of the Gemological Institute of America, International Gemological Institute, De Beers Institute of Diamonds, and Gübelin Academy.
